- Directions:
- Flaten onion bottom, cut in slices 1/2 inch from top all around, cut all around with size apart, then cut in between cuts. Turn over and make flower, cut any stuck pieces.
- Mix 2 cups flower, corn starch, 1/2 tbs paprika, chili powder, cumin
- 2 eggs, 1 cup of milk, whisk.
- Add corn starch to first then cover in flower. shake off.
- Add to wet mix shake off any loose liquid.
- Add back to dry mix and and cover completely.
- Pre heat air fryer at 375.
- Place online in center and kook for 5 min.
- Open Air Fryer and spray with cooking oil.
- Cook addl 3 min.
- Let sit for 5 min and serve.
- Dipping sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
In a medium bowl, whisk together all the ingredients.
Cover and place in the fridge at least thirty minutes ahead of time.
