How to Make A Garlic and Herb Butter Steak with Bigdog Lars

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1tsp garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano chopped
  • 1 lean New York Steak strip steak – https://amzn.to/3mPw1Md 
  • salt and pepper as needed for taste

Garlic Butter Compound

  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1tsp garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon oregano chopped

Instructions

  1. Remove your air fry basket and place tin foil on bottom and sides of air fryer
  2. Add olive oil and butter, garlic, thyme, rosemary and oregano. 
  3. Cook at 375 for 3 minutes
  4. Stir, add meat and cook 5 min. Che consistency with fork and flip over. 
  5. Cook add’l 5-10 min until you like the color should be crispy brown. 
  6. Right before the steaks are done, make the garlic butter compound. 
  7. Mix the butter, garlic and fresh chopped herbs. 
  8. When all done open and brush the steaks with the mix.
